Shingrix & PCV20 Vaccines

A New Level of Protection for Adults

Starting from September 1 2025, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has included the Shingles (Shingrix) and Pneumococcal 20 (PCV20) vaccinations in the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS). Eligible Singaporeans can receive subsidies for these vaccinations.

💉 Shingrix Vaccine

Up to 75% subsidy at CHAS GP clinics, polyclinics, and MOH-funded long-term care institutions.

  • After subsidy cost per 2-dose course:
  • Singaporeans: $76–$300
  • Permanent Residents: Subsidies only available in polyclinics
  • Private Patients: $450 per dose
  • Healthier SG Enrollees: Depending on CHAS card status

💊 PCV20 Vaccine

Pneumococcal 20 vaccination for enhanced protection against pneumococcal disease.

  • Healthier SG Singapore Citizens: $0 (Fully Subsidised)
  • Singaporeans: $17–$68
  • Permanent Residents: Subsidies only available in polyclinics
  • Private Patients: $250
  • PCV20 can be taken at 5-year intervals for eligible individuals
